REVISION OF PARTICIPATION CHARGES

 

To: Members of the Council;

 

SUBJECT: Revision of Participation Charges to make affordable participation of ISEPC Members in “International Apparel Textile Fair, UAE, Dubai under MAI Scheme of  Deptt. of Commerce from 4-6 November 2019.  

 

Dear Members,

On the basis of discussion in the meeting of the COA and after renegotiation with the organizer as well as curtailing organizing cost, it has been decided to offer the stand of 9 sqr. Mtr. to the members of the Council in International Apparel Textile Fair Dubai to be held from 4-6 November 2019 which will take place in Dubai World Centre as Rs. 80,000/- per stand which will include:-

1 Table                                   

2 Chairs

3 Spot Lights

1 Power Socket

Name Fascia, Catalog Entry

2 Executive Lunch Per Stand for 3 Days

The Members who have booked the stand having paid 50% will be charged Rs. 80,000/- minus advance paid of Rs. 57,500/- = Rs. 22,500/- towards balance which may kindly be deposited latest by 30th September 2019 and confirm their participation.

The Members desiring to participate will have to deposit Rs. 80,000/- in full by 30th September 2019.

The eligibility of travel grant for participation in the Fair shall be subject to the following conditions:-

1. Members of EPC with export upto fob value of Rs. 30 crores in preceding financial year;

2. Members to have completed 12 months of Membership and is regularly filing returns with the EPC (not applicable for any new EPC for a period of 5 years from the date of its creation);

3. Permissible only to one person from one company restricting to regular Director / Partner / Proprietor of the Company (not admissible to a foreign national, employers, merchandiser, designers);

4. A declaration on the letter head stating that you have not claimed travel grant from more than two events abroad during the current financial year from ISEPC or any from other EPCs will have to be furnished at the time of claiming grant.

 

Payment Mode:

Demand Draft, Pay Order or Cheque in the name of “The Indian Silk Export Promotion Council” (payable at New Delhi) may be sent  at New Delhi Office of Silk Council at 1302-04, Ansal Tower, 38, Nehru Place, New Delhi – 110 019, India;

Guidelines for allotment of the booths:

 1. All  participants who have paid the full participation fee in time would be considered for allotment of booths through draw of lot;

2. No change in the booths, once allotted would be entertained under any circumstances;

3. The decision of the Chairman (Exhibition Committee)-ISEPC, would be final and binding in case of any dispute;

4. The participation is on FIRST-CUM-FIRST SERVED (FCFS) basis till all booths are sold;

 

Cancellation Policy

No withdrawal will be allowed on any ground whatsoever.
